Diaperpalooza

I have fallen into the coupon trap. I have become the follower of several coupon blogs. Yesterday everyone was talking about the diaper deals at Walgreens. So here is the deal. Huggies are on sale for $10 a package. On coupons.com you can print a $5 off coupon. If you spend $25 on Kimberly Clark (Huggies) products you get $10 back in Walgreens bucks. With the $10 in Walgreens bucks you go back and get 2 more packages of diapers and use 2 more $5 off coupons. I went to 2 different Walgreens on my way home tonight. I ended up with 10 packages of Huggies for about $3.66 a package. I picked up a couple other items at Walgreens. Garnier Nutriese shampoo and conditioner for $.50 ea and Colgate toothpaste (used the $2.50 coupon in the Walgreens rewards flyer and a $.75 off from this weeks paper) for $.24. I stopped at Target and got 6 bottles of Gillette body wash. They were $2 ea and I had $2 off coupon from the paper that I made copies of and that made them free I only paid the tax $.76. So my grand total for my shopping tonight was $40.64! My total savings was $94.54! I may hit another Walgreens tomorrow!
